The form
Grant location access and your latitude and longitude fill in automatically. Add your phone number and the waterway you’re in.
Marker details
Enter the number printed on the marker if you can read it, choose the discrepancy type, and describe what you see.
Position
Take clear photos of the marker — position it in frame like depositing a check.
Photos & identity
Add 2–10 photos and optional vessel info, then choose Named or Anonymous.
Submitted
Send it for review. You’ll receive a Report ID, and it appears on the public map once the Luminsea team approves it.
